Laila or "L Boogie" as she's affectionately known is a beautiful, vibrant, young woman who has always been a leader among her peers. Whether she's leading a cheer with the Blue Devils, leading her Girl Scout troop, or lighting up the stage at Morning Star church, L Boogie never shrinks from the moment. It's with this tenacity that drive Laila to develop her own hair care company, "YBT" was born out of the challenges Laila experienced with her own hair. Laila along with her cousins Kandacia "Daci" Hossanah, Courtney "Courts" Quallis and Alana Hammond, worked tirelessly to perfect a signature formula for young girls and women have such difficulties with their hair routine.
